The Private Standard places every kind of household and private office staff a UHNW family or individual needs, every search bespoke. It also assesses how a household is really running, trains the team already in place, and builds the systems and standards most households don't even know they're missing.
The Professional Nanny Standard is different. It's not recruitment, it's my own training programme for the nanny or maid a GCC household already has, someone already caring for their children day to day, who was never formally trained to do it. I bring her up to a real professional standard, in place, without replacing the person that child already loves.
